Entering the Mycelium: Your Journey Begins Here

Meet Your Coaches: Intro to the 8-Week Program + 12-Week Workbook

Dear Soul Full Bloom,

This letter comes from the undertow or mycelium dark. The part where anger rises, grief returns, the old pattern is center stage, and the body slips into something ancient before the mind can explain it.

And what I keep hearing is this: Maybe this is not a regression.

Maybe this is integration. A shift in voltage. A dip to recharge.

Something brought you here. Something in you, older than your habits and quieter than your thoughts, has been moving you toward remembrance for longer than you may realize.

Acknowledge that you followed it.

This is a space in every real transformation that few people talk about.

It is the in-between.

The threshold.

The pause.

The undertow.

The fallow field.

The mycelial dark.

This is the place where something old has cracked open, but the new form has not fully arrived. It can feel confusing.

Not because the medicine is not working.

Your healing is working. This is what it looks and feels like.

Consciously, you are not going backward; you're refining your concepts, imagery, and deepening your understanding and transformation. Because real integration often begins underground.

Most of us are carrying more than we show.

I witness this in so many of you. You call it your personality, conditioning, sensitivity, independence, or your way of moving through the world.

But the body knows the difference between thriving and managing.

The nervous system is not just emotional. It is electrical, chemical, relational, and deeply intelligent. It responds to safety, stress, grief, rhythm, nourishment, light, breath, memory, and love.

When life has required us to survive for too long, the body may begin to organize itself around protection rather than expansion.

And what is most difficult is that this does not always feel like crisis.

Sometimes low vitality feels normal.

Chronic guardedness feels like wisdom.

Emotional distance feels like strength.

Exhaustion feels like adulthood.

And muted aliveness feels like, “This is just how I am.”

Until something begins to shift the field.

The mushroom is a metaphor.

And it is also remarkably real.

Mycelium lives beneath the surface, connecting ecosystems through an underground intelligence that communicates, responds, and redistributes resources toward life. It does not rush the forest. It does not force the fruiting body. It works quietly, relationally, and precisely in the dark.

This is one of the great teachings of the mushroom:

Not all growth is visible. Not all transformation announces itself. Not all healing begins in the light.

Psilocybin, when approached with reverence, education, and care, may also open a similar inner ecology. It can soften familiar mental loops, quiet rigid self-stories, and create space for new patterns to form in the brain, body, and spirit.

In neuroscience, we often speak of the Default Mode Network, the part of the brain involved in self-reference, identity, memory, and the familiar story of “me.” When this network softens, even briefly, something profound may become available.

Not something foreign. Something native.

The frequency you were before the world taught you to manage yourself into something smaller, more likable, more guarded, or more defended.

And this is where the real territory begins.

Because an opening is not the same as integration.

A breakthrough is not the same as embodiment.

An insight is not yet a new life.

The nervous system needs time to trust a new frequency. The body needs repetition. The heart needs safety. The mind needs a new pattern to practice. The soul needs a container steady enough to help the new signal land. Without that, we often return to what we know.

Old patterns are frozen intelligences. They are protective structures that once helped us survive. They are the body’s way of saying, “This is how I learned to stay safe.”

This is where coherence becomes the call signal. Coherence is not perfection.

Coherence is when the body, mind, heart, and soul begin to receive the same message:

You are safe enough to soften.

You are safe enough to feel and share your feelings. This takes practice, like standing at the edge of a cliff and trusting the guardrails.

Are you safe enough to change?

Are you safe enough to become native to yourself?

This is why the space between the undertow and the Bloom can feel so tender.

It may not mean you are going backward.

It may mean the old charge is finally moving.

Grief is often the thaw.

Forgiveness is often what becomes possible after the thaw.

Forgiveness is not always a decision we make from the mind. Sometimes forgiveness is a metabolic event, a discharge, a release, a moment when the body finally sets down something it has been carrying for years, sometimes for generations.

You cannot always think your way into forgiveness. Sometimes, a lot of times, you have to grieve your way there.

And anger, too, has its place.

In its original form, anger is information. It is a boundary signal. A protective charge. A life-force saying, “Something here matters.”

But when anger cannot complete its original movement, when the grief beneath it has never been witnessed, it can begin to loop. It can become a posture, a personality, or a way of staying braced against life.

In a safe enough field, anger can finally meet the grief it has been guarding.

And when grief is allowed to move, the system no longer has to keep recreating the same protection.

This is integration.

Integration is learning how to live as the new frequency without abandoning the parts of you that were shaped by the old one.

We relive backwards. We remember forwards.

We relive backwards when the nervous system keeps replaying old charges as if they are still happening now.

But we remember forwards when the old loop quiets enough for the original blueprint to come back online.

The self before the wound.

The signal beneath the interference.

The soul before the survival strategy.

The Bloom before the world convinced you to close.

This is the sacred paradox:

You are not trying to become something you are not.

You are remembering what was structurally true before fear, grief, shame, and survival shaped your field.

This is why Soul Full Bloom exists.

Not to rush you toward transformation.

Not to manage you toward wellness.

Not to convince you to perform healing.

Soul Full Bloom is a living container for the full arc.

We honor the beginning, when something in you first says yes.

We honor the middle when the old pattern is composting, and the new one has not yet stabilized.

We honor the tender voltage of becoming, when your body is learning to hold more truth, more love, more aliveness, and more coherence than it knew how to hold before.

And we honor the Bloom, not as a final destination, but as the moment your original signal becomes more livable in your body, your choices, your relationships, and your life.

This is the real invitation:

Trust the mycelial dark.

Understand the undertow.

This is where the new network forms.

This is where grief becomes movement.

This is where forgiveness becomes possible.

This is where the old self is not destroyed, but composted into wisdom.

You do not bloom from certainty.

You bloom from what was willing to decay.

So if you feel tender, unclear, emotional, quiet, or not yet fully formed, please hear this:

You may be composting.

You may be learning how to hold a frequency your old life could not yet support.

Stay close to the signal.

Stay close to the body.

Stay close to what is honest.

Stay close to the field that helps you remember.

You are invited to go deeper with us.

On Wednesday, June 17th at 6 PM Mountain Time, Ben and I will host a special Soul Full Bloom call to introduce our new workbook and coaching program.

This call is for anyone who feels the in-between, the undertow, the tenderness, or the desire for more grounded support while learning to integrate, stay consistent, and live from a more coherent inner signal.

Together, we will share how this coaching container supports microdosing education, nervous system safety, emotional honesty, consistency, integration, and the deeper process of remembering who you truly are. It is also part of the micro-to-macro process. If you are drawn to a journey.

When: Wednesday, June 17th

Time: 6 PM Mountain Time

Location: Online via Zoom

Something brought you here.

And perhaps that something was the part of you that already knew:

It was waiting for enough safety, enough coherence, enough light, and enough love to rise.

Welcome to the mycelial dark.

Welcome to the sacred in-between.

Welcome to the field where remembering begins.

Oooohm Aaaah Laaah.

With love, wisdom, and remembrance,
