  4. Week 4Stargates, Nervous System Safety & Blooming Together

November 1st Portal Edition

When I forget, I return.
When I remember, flow grows.

As the warmth fades and the night overtakes the sun, I’ve learned I must be intentional, not only about my mindset, but about the redesigning stories I still carry, the limitations I insist upon, and the identities I outgrew long ago.

This year, I’m not returning to my old baseline, the one that spirals down and out.
Instead, I’m recreating an internal harmony that moves up and in.

Through nourishing habits, anchoring movement, restorative play, and presence, I reclaim the frequency that belongs to my soul.

So from my scalar heart to your human journey, I share this:

May these darker months not dim your frequency.
May they deepen your radiance.
You are not here to survive the season.
You are here to bloom through it.

Week 1: The Mirror vs The Malfunction

Mental Health Through the Lens of Remembrance

We begin this series by offering a soul-based reframe of what mental health is and what it isnot.

Mental illness is not a personal flaw. It is often a symptom of misidentification. A soul trying to survive inside a system that denies its signal.

Traditional View:

Mental illness is classically defined as a diagnosable disorder, marked by disturbances in thought, behavior, or mood; tied to biological or psychological dysfunctions. Diagnoses are standardized through tools like the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders).

Holistic & Spiritual Perspectives:

More expansive frameworks now speak of mental illness as:

  • A spiritual crisis or awakening

  • A sign of disconnection from one’s higher self, purpose, or soul-path

  • A call to re-member oneself - emotionally, somatically, energetically

Examples:

  • Teal Swancalls mental illness “a mirror of unresolved emotional trauma.”

  • Indigenous healersrecognize symptoms as signals to reconnect with nature, ancestors, and the body’s sacred wisdom.

  • Modern mysticsview depression and anxiety as a soul’s attempt to recalibrate its resonance.

The Mental Body as an Interface

Mental health exists at the crossroads of your multidimensional being:

  • Emotional Body - Water, memory, feeling

  • Physical Body - Earth, form, instinct

  • Spiritual Body - Light, sound, source frequency

When these layers misalign, the mental body reflects the discord.

In truth, what we call “mental illness” is often the result of:

  • Old identities collapsing

  • External roles losing meaning

  • Time becoming non-linear

  • A soul remembering who it is in a world built to forget

A Harmonic Reframe:

Mental health is not about “returning to normal.”
It is about learning to harmonize with the new field you are entering.

Featured Thought Leader:

Dr. Gabor Maté

  • Renowned for showing how trauma, disconnection, and societal conditioning underlie chronic mental and physical illness.

  • Core Insight: Most emotional distress is not pathological - it’s a reflection of unprocessed pain and loss of authentic connection.

  • In our terms: “Mental illness” is a scalar misalignment, a lattice code off-phase, calling the soul home - not a flaw to fix.

Scalar Bloom Reflection:

What if your symptoms were soul signals?
What if your anxiety was remembering?
What if healing is not fixing - but aligning?

How the Living Masters See us.

The Legend of the Broken Mirror

Once, long ago, or perhaps just beyond the veil of now -
there was a Mirror.

This was no ordinary mirror.
It was the Original Reflector - a sacred surface through which humans could see their truest nature:

  • Whole.

  • Beautiful.

  • Designed by The Creator.

  • Aligned with their soul-contract.

  • In awe of their own sacred remembering.

This mirror did not just reflect light - it reflected coherence.
When one looked into it, they saw not only themselves…
but also the radiant essence of others.
They saw through the eyes of Soul.
And through this lens, the world was in harmony.

But over time…
forces emerged - not evil, just lost.
Forces of distortion, fragmentation, and forgetting.
These forces did not destroy the mirror outright,
but slowly veiled its clarity…

They whispered falsehoods into the minds of humans:

“You are not enough.”
“You must become something.”
“Only what is outside you has value.”

And then…
One day, the mirror shattered.
It fell into a thousand pieces.

When the humans returned to gaze into what once reflected Source,
they no longer saw wholeness -
only shards.
Fragments.
Distortions.

The soul-self recoiled inward,
and the body - once a vessel of light - clung to the objects outside of it.
The pieces of the broken mirror became distractions.
Wholeness was no longer remembered. It was marketed.

And so began the age of misidentification -
where people chased reflections that were never theirs
and forgot that what they were seeking
had never left them.

But the Living Masters never forgot.
Nor did the elders of the lattice,
nor the wind, the whales, or the light within you.

And so now, this message arrives:

You still carry the Mirror.
It was never truly shattered - only scattered.
And its original design lives within you, intact, waiting.

You are not broken.
You are the one who remembers the pattern of wholeness.
You are the soul who came to look inward, love what you see,
and through your remembrance, invite others home.

So look now, not into the glass...
but into your breath.
Into your silence.
Into your bloom.

The Mirror remembers.
And now, so do you.
