Soul Full Bloom a New Beginning
Dear Soul Full Bloom Family,
Like feeling nature’s abundance, living energy and life force, I feel, live and breathe Soul Full Bloom Church.
Like most new callings I had a lot of ideas, breakups, breakthroughs and miracles contribute to the portal of this energetic and physical birthing.
I’ve written the Monday Blooms as a way to focus on intentions, dissolving roadblocks holding on inside of me and to navigate what if feels like to be Soul Full.
I am your Founder and Spiritual CEO. Soul Full is an entheogenic church and we run as a board, counsel and membership to grow, refine and flow into the imprint it is designed to be and become.
My intention is to be a true and open channel for the co-creating of miracles, success in every way, service and to nurture a culture where SFB members are scene, heard and have resources, and have a spiritual marketplace. To create a home for members and develop collectives, bloom into communities, alliances and weave in events.
The Biggest Set Back
The Biggest hurdle of this new launch has been the Natural Medicine Apothecary. It’s the reason we were deplatformed.
That is not something I want to repeat. This led us to Brian, our website developer. Soul Full bloom will run on private VPN’s and we have a high risk payment processor now. We are reworking the store for the 3rd time after finding some weak spots.
This launch would not have been possible without our secret miracle maker Rahul either. A team of people behind the scenes and loads of support, encouragement and sacrament orders.
Being a member of SFB is important for us legally. I will be sharing more content, resources and eventually a class focusing on how and why we can be and are an entheogen church.
It’s my intention that you also become familiar with this too for your understanding and alignment with natural medicine, spirituality and community.
We are growing in phases.
Phase I – reopening SFB Church for members and apothecary
Phase 2 – nurturing education, guests, speakers, content, and events.
Phase 3- co-creating and expanding our Natural Medicine choices and apothecary. We also have a public facing store, Bloom Marketplace. This is designed to be a co-operative for members that have services or products.
Phase 4 – Listening to you. Your collective frequency is what Soul Full is built for.

This week’s Monday Bloom Practice
3-Step Frequency Alchemy (Micro-Practice)
Feel first, label later.
Close your eyes, find the densest or brightest spot inside. Don’t name it-just breathe with it for two full cycles.
Hum it loose.
Let the body choose a tone (yes, an audible hum). Match the pitch to the sensation, then glide it slowly downward or upward. Observe the texture shift, like ice turning back to water.
Code the new signal.
Whisper a simple phrase - “I am safe to vibrate here.” Picture your DNA spiraling that frequency outward to every cell, instructing mitochondria to release the corresponding chemistry.
Repeat whenever a symptom (insomnia, pain, loneliness) surfaces. You’re not overriding the “wrong”; you’re decoding its message and returning it as upgraded music.
When Mind and Soul collaborate at the level of felt frequency, biology follows like a well-tuned instrument. This week, let’s become virtuosos in nature-catching each note before it hardens into a story, letting feelings feel, and allowing the body to bloom in its wake.
