This week’s Bloom is deeply personal. I (Christy) am emerging from a powerful weekend of ceremony and remembrance, guided by our sacred medicine woman and ally, Ana. For the first time, I experienced a full weaving in and out of energetic planes—especially within the embrace of a healing circle.
What emerged was this truth:
The pain of the past will not kill you to release.
But holding it just might.
We choke our lifeforce by clutching what no longer serves—trauma, betrayal, silence, unreconciled grief. Yet lifeforce is not just vitality—it’s a filter that discerns what is coherent and what is distorted in your field.
This weekend, I felt how centuries of suppression—of women, men, children, animals, nature, and ancestral memory—still echo in us because we forget to heal. Instead, we try to outpace pain with consumption, distraction, performance, or control.
But now, more than ever, your Soul is asking:
“Will you stop abandoning me?”
“Will you let me bloom in this lifetime?”
