of Soul Full Bloom and work as a consultant, supporting individuals who are exploring plant-based approaches for transformation, as well as holistic support for anxiety and depression. My passion is helping people find healing in ways that feel aligned, safe, and deeply supportive.

I live and work in the Appalachian Mountains, where nature continues to guide and inspire my practice every day.
